wonderful family getaway with perfect accommodations, free wi-fi made planning a breeze

Amazing family atmosphere with friendly service.

Had an awesome group vacation! We enjoyed the two pools and the playground. Perfect for us to unwind after exploring the local attractions. The suite we stayed in was spacious, and the team was super friendly. Just keep in mind, the pool and hot tub close earlier than expected.

We had an issue with the A/C not working well, which made it a bit uncomfortable at night.

Great outdoor pool for kids, but the hot tub was disappointing and green.

Family with kids won't enjoy this

The suite was clean and spacious, totally nice for our family. Our kids loved having their own bedroom, which made our stay feel a bit more normal, plus they got two tvs so they could watch their shows while we tried to relax.

It wasn't exactly cheap but I guess you get what you pay for.

great access to parks and adventure in lake george

I really loved that I could walk to Lake George Beach State Park, only about 3 km away, and enjoyed an amazing stroll to the Fort William Henry Museum and Restoration which was just a bit further down the road. such a wonderful way to spend a weekend exploring the area.

The outdoor pool was easily accessible and perfect for relaxation, while the friendly staff made sure we felt right at home during our stay.

Better maintenance of common areas needed.

we stayed for a quiet weekend and had a wonderful experience at this resort. the room was spacious and the indoor pool provided great fun for the kids. it exceeded our expectations compared to our last stay in lake george, with friendly staff and a peaceful environment to relax in.

wifi signal wasn’t reliable

I enjoyed my stay at Colonel Williams Resort, appreciating the early check-in and lovely outdoor pools, despite the room needing a reading lamp. This resort continues to be a favorite spot for my visits to Lake George.

Family with children, Not for the faint of heart

The location was good, easily accessible to everything! And the playground was cute for the kids but could definitely use a good cleaning and fixing up.

We stayed for 2 nights in a Beautiful Suite. The outdoor pool was enjoyable for my family, and it accommodated my mother with limited mobility. The proprietor was friendly and professional. The room had a refrigerator and microwave. We felt our stay was a good value.

The location was great, as it was easy to access local shops and entertainment. However, the cleanliness of the room could have been better, and the common areas seemed in need of some upkeep.

The indoor and outdoor pools were perfect for family fun, and my request for an iron was fulfilled right away!

Felt very welcomed, no complaints at all.
